As a post connoisseur I would like to be able to remove a Note associated with a Post so that I can sweep away any ridiculous thoughts I may have had in the past.

Given the user is viewing the Note Management menu
When they select the option to remove a note
Then they should be presented with a list of notes to choose from

Given the user chooses a note
When they enter the selection and hit enter
Then the note should be removed from the database
