  1. User should be able to give a thumbs up or a thumbs down to a message.
  2. Each message should display the total count of thumbs up and thumbs downs associated with it.
  3. The rules that apply to thumbs up or thumbs downing are as follows
    1. The user cannot thumbs up or thumbs down their own message.
    2. The user can either give thumbs up OR thumbs down, but not both.
    3. The user can only give one thumbs up or one thumbs down per message.
