As an employee, I want to know how many bikes are currently in the garage, so that I can tell whether we can accepts more jobs at any given moment.
Given I am logged in as admin
When I view the navbar
Then I will see a tally of the number of bikes that currently have an incomplete work order
Given I am logged in as a non-admin
When I view the navbar
Then I will not see a count of bikes
