Keep a log of who visited a document

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
As we enable public sharing of documents in case there is leak of sensitive info we might to keep a trace of the users (loggued in or not) who access of the document, at what time and from whch ip (maybe ?). So that we can reconcile with the version history and see who accessed what.

Describe the solution you'd like
Keep a log for admins. Not necessarily have a UI for this.
