Site.Author.bio ~ layouts/partials/author

I can set author.bio in my "languages.*.toml" file, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the output site (rgrep has no matches).

I can see it gets used in layouts/partials/author.html, but on what site is that included, if ever?
