The jar file could not be launched if change the data

The jar file would not be launched if we change the data for the jar file. It should catch an exception.

Team's Response

We have tested manually changing some parts or deleting certain data files when launching the application, but cannot reproduce the bug in the issue.

Also, since users and testers are not expected to tamper with files directly except for something like deleting them (see this forum question), we will be downgrading the severity of this issue to low as well.
