Wrong exception thrown for a correct command

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. set hours
  2. 12
  3. add tuition /n Science Tuit /s 2020-10-22 1600 /e 2020-10-22 1800 /l Clem

What’s the expected result?
Tuition added

What’s the actual result?
Error thrown stating it has exceeded recommended time
