[Bug]: VS Code Tab size not respected

What went wrong?

Hey!

Every time I create a new doc from Nuxtr, it sets the tab size as 2. But in my VSCode settings, I set it to 4, so I have to manually change the document tab size every time I create a new one

Would be nice if it used the default VS code settings

How to reproduce it?
