Misnamed admin1 regions in Afghanistan

I am using the "ne_10m_admin_1_states_provinces" shape file and two regions are incorrectly named, see below:

There are two copies of AF-URU, one is the correct entry for AF-URU but the other is actually AF-DAY.
Similarly, there are two copies of AF-PAR, one is the correct entry for AF-PAR and the other is actually for AF-PAN.
