separated project « saimiris-api »?

login/signin … other project for that?
register/healthcheck/query probers
user quota
start/stop campaign? Do we even need the notion of measuremement/campain? Or should we have a measurement ID for each time we send a measuremement (or be able to use whatever id we want).
