Potential supernodes and hubs should be visible if category is visible #6

Hiding potential nodes also hides potential hubs and supernodes. This makes it hard to plan links. I keep coming across this problem when answering support tickets. I guess it will inflate the numbers if we have "Supernode (4)" but that is ok.

To be clearer- I want the supernode filter to hide and show all of the supernodes including potential supernodes, and the same for hubs.

I'm making SN3 active until we fix this, SN4 actually is active from today
