If an attachment (ie. character sheet PDF) is found in an Outline document, the lore command should attach it and post to chat.

Example PDF attachment as Outline Markdown:
[Santrini CharacterSheet_3Pgs_ Complete.pdf 956215](/api/attachments.redirect?id=c7d823e8-566a-4a30-88a6-d85b871a08fb>)
