Actual behavior
No mention of action required by cyrus imapd in /var/log/leapp/leapp-report.txt.

To Reproduce
Upgrade an EL7 system to EL8 that has cyrus-imapd running on it with some content in some mailboxes. At some point you will get assertion errors reported for the mailboxes. This is described in cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd#3869 and cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd#2171.

Expected behavior
Since one needs to run sudo -u cyrus bash -c "reconstruct -r -V max -u <user>" for every user that has IMAP mailboxes on the system that should be mentioned in the report.
