Running the app localy

Hello, I am trying to export the OANC content to a NLTK compatible output. Reading this, https://www.anc.org/software/anc2go/, I've seen your project can help. Can you please give details on how can I run it locally?

Sorry, I did not see this when you created the issue. The best way to generate NLTK compatible output is with the online service (http://anc.org:8080/ANC2Go), which should be back online now.

Unfortunately the code is not easy to build and run locally as it depends on modules that lived in Maven repositories that are no longer online. I hope to deploy those dependencies to Maven Central when I get a chance.
