Wrong discriminator type returned #6

The datasource always claims to return a LIF file even when it doesn't. This is actually a problem in the Galaxy tool xml wrapper. The wrapper needs to set the output datatype based on the corpus (text|gold) selected.

If this cannot be fixed, then could we do one of the following:

  1. Output format is always fixed, so the MASC data source always returns LIF.
  2. Say that the format is "LIF or TEXT"
