default target for identifiers inside docker containers. #695

when I run embark-act on any identifier inside a docker container embark chooses the file target as the initial target. The expected identifier target is correctly selected when editing outside of the docker container.

for reference the path looks like this. /docker:dev-container:/workspace/internal/http/htmx/htmx.go
