rename and review children of 'physical store' OBI:0002089

To be included as part of the device branch overhaul:

The term 'physical store' OBI:0002089 should be renamed to be more intuitive as a child of 'environmental control device' - perhaps something along the lines of 'environmental control device in the form of a container'.

Also, the children of 'physical store' OBI:0002089 and 'environmental control device' OBI:0001034 need to be reviewed to make sure they have the correct parents. For example, 'incubator' and 'incubator shaker' should both be under one or the other and currently they are not.
