Discussed on CL call. Editors are happy for tech team to implement this. The output should be a new international product. See http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/hp/hp-international.owl for precedent. Used on OLS4 - which has multi-lang support https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/hp?lang=fr

Hi! I am not sure on the status of this issue; I've made an attempt at a preliminary version at

@dosumis do you know if HP is curating these labels in-house? They have quite good coverage!

There won't be equivalents for all CL terms on Wikidata, at least not for now. But it should be straightforward to batch add machine translations to the ones that are missing in a few target languages (and these machine translations can then, in the future, be curated by the Wikidata community.
