This is not necessarily a bug - just a question at this point - but there wasn't another category of new issue to choose. I notice that 'dorsolateral prefrontal cortex' http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0009834 is a sibling of 'prefrontal cortex' http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0000451 but it seems to me that it should be a part_of child of it instead.
