Documentation request: comparators in phenotype definitions

We need to communicate a bit more clearly how the presence of a uPheno term should be interpreted. As we omit the comparator, we need to clearly state: "upheno is not concerned with the exact comparator (wild type vs control) - the experimental conditions need to be explicitly taken into account when interpreting the presence of a phenotype term.
