new pattern for 'premature' terms applied to all existing terms with 'delayed' BP 'delayed closure of XAOterm' #163

For new term requests, please provide the following information:

the definition can be easily modified from existing term definitions.

PubMed ID: 37766964 has examples of 'premature closure of neural tube'

same parent terms as existing delayed terms

Additionally, we'd like to add 'epithelial to mesenchymal transition' aka EMT ( GOID: 0001837) to the XPO terms based on GO:BPs with most of the usual patterns applied ( 'abnormal', 'absent', 'delayed', and the new qualifier, ' premature'), but not 'increased_ amount' or 'decreased_amount' as these latter 2 don't make any sense. .
These might go well under : abnormalAbsenceOfBiologicalProcess.tsv

EMT also occurs in many different tissues/contexts, so we may also want to add tissue specific EMT terms to XPO- in this case we would want EMT terms for 'in_neural crest' and ' in _cranial neural crest'. May want to add others as the need arises.
