Manually add synonyms

I have inquired in the #patterns channel on slack. If not, we will deal with synonyms in exactly the same way as xrefs; until we have an answer, just collect them in a spreadsheed in whatever way you prefer!

From our meeting notes:

Collect synonyms in a spreadsheet.
Add a new column to spreadsheet labelled generated_synonyms
Supply a | - separated list (no whitespace) of synonyms.
At the moment, this will overwrite the automatic process; this is the default behaviour of dosdp tools. This means: if you add stuff there, you need to add the automated synonyms as well! Not if you leave it blank of course.
