Easier way to rename calendars

If I want to rename a calendar, currently the only method that seems to work for me is renaming the calendar folder and then going to the settings to remove the calendar and then add it back again with the correct file path.

It would be nice to have a nicer way to rename calendars, such as:

• renaming the calendar folder which auto updates the settings, or
• renaming the calendar in the settings which auto updates the folder name.
