(Documentation) Use dune init proj instead of manually created Dune configuration

In tutorials using file-based compilation (such as Modules and Functors), use dune init proj instead of manually created Dune configuration.

This is in order to make the tutorials less about Dune and more about teaching OCaml and its features.

• Modules / language/1ms_00_modules.ml
  • City names example: Athens, Berlin, Cairo, Delhi, Exeter, Florence and Glasgow
  • Extlib
• Functors / language/1ms_01_functors.ml - Funkt
