Expose events through ActivityPub/mobilizon

@zapashcanon suggests using https://joinmobilizon.org/en/ to publish OCaml events over ActivityPub. I've never used this particular service before, but it seems like a reasonable one.

It does need someone to investigate it (on one of their existing homeservers) and see if it's suitable, and then propose an integration plan with the website itself. Once there is consensus that is a service that is stable and worth supporting, we could create an "events.ocaml.org" instance, but only after it's been tested out elsewhere.

I believe it to be suitable. Regarding stability, I've been using mobilizon for two years (and even had my own server at some point), in the beginning it was a little bit broken but now it works perfectly. It's made by Framasoft (as PeerTube) so the service should get some support and shouldn't end up unmaintained.

What do you mean by this ? Having an OCaml instance in another place than events.ocaml.org ?
