Improvements for release

1. The user should be presented with a simple UI that can run the compute job using the algorithm in the open file with one click. More options will be available in the setup tab.
2. The raw algorithm will be streamed to the node rather than sending a url.
3. Remove all functionality except free C2D jobs for now.
4. Save the logs in a separate file.
5. Open the log file automatically upon completion.
6. Use a default node to run the job. The user could select a separate node in the setup.
7. The logs from running the algorithm will be shown in a separate output window in the terminal.
