I do want to say, that I appreciate all the effort that has been put into this mod, it has been an amazing experience to play.
I understand implementing the HF blade with the right stick assigned to the camera required some sacrifices, however there were a few things I noticed with it that I wanted to bring up.
I noticed in the trailer, that you had the 360° sweep attack assigned to L3, it does not work for me, using Xbox One Controller with V's fix.
In third person, since the vertical slice gets assigned to B/Circle, you can no longer knock on walls while pressed against them with the blade equipped, you can with default camera.
With B/Circle assigned to vertical slice, the missing functionality of the blade is the horizontal slice and the punch-punch-kick combo. If I may make a suggestion, maybe one of these actions could be restored by assigning it to Hold [Y/Triangle] + Tap [B/Circle]
This issue is a bit difficult to explain so bear with me. With the 3rd person camera at certain angles, if you hold the thumbstick in one direction, then perform a slash while still holding in that same direction, Raiden will try and correct his running direction despite the angle you're holding. This seems to occur when the 3rd person camera is at a much different angle than the default camera, almost like after the slash it is trying to put Raiden in the direction relative to the default camera for a second before correcting to the relative direction to the 3rd person camera. Basically when the camera angle varies greatly from the default angle you cannot run and slash in a straight line.

In this clip, with the 3rd person camera in a similar angle to the default camera it works fine. However when trying to run and slash at a straight line in a much different angle, Raiden will try and correct himself after each slash. I am holding a constant direction on the thumbstick in each example.
