When running jobs for this PR: ocaml/merlin#1627
I got this log message in the middle of the build:

2023-06-15 14:42.31: Cancelling: Auto-cancelling job because it is no longer needed
Job cancelled

Logs: http://autumn.ocamllabs.io:8081/job/2023-06-15/143459-ocluster-build-6dc428

I can't rebuild/rerun it and it doesn't get executed when doing pushes to PR branch.
