From ocaml/ocaml.org#588 (Documentation generation failed for temporary reasons):

seems like a temporary issue [...], so it would be good to have a way to detect this and attempt to re-run it at a later point in time.

I'm opening this issue so that I can close the downstream issue on ocaml/ocaml.org.
