Just curious, is minialign alignment accurate enough for Quiver genomic consensus corrections? Or do you have any other suggestions on sequence consensus corrections?

I'm not sure but, the output alignment paths are (should be 😅) almost compatible with that of BWA-MEM and BLASR. So for now I think it is probably applicable to the Quiver algorithm...
However, I'm also interested in the issue. I've just started evaluating it and will check if there is significant differences in the result.
