this would be quite useful, @dsavchenko . right now the project with live-workflow topic did not deploy and there is not a straightforward way to see and report it's state. We could use email of course, but it's not sustainable.

That's true in general, but I'm not sure for this particular case something useful would end up in matrix.
This is a bug, see the last PR
