Context
Mirth channels or functions sometimes need to be exported for providing them to external entities not connected to Mirth Migrator.

Goal
Provide a functionality that allows to export a channel or function with (optionally) all referenced objects in a Zip archive.

Needed actions

export channel or function
export all directly or indirectly referenced code templates
export all needed channel groups (depending on the code templates)
write everything to a zip file that will be located at a specifiable location
