We'd like to include a question along these lines in the sign-up questionnaire:

What top 3 problems are you trying to solve in your classroom/school right now?

The registrant would fill in a text field (not obligatory) to respond. Could an algorithm be built to search this field for keywords (e.g. discipline, disadvantaged, performance), which would then generate a list of content (posts, library items, webinars) and people (who will have listed the same issues, for example) that could either be included in the member's welcome email or appear in his/her community inbox as a "Where you might start to get help with your problem" message?
