Hello, I'm quite inexperienced in this area. I did try to use popcnt, but what happens is that it only pretends to execute but doesn't actually run. I downloaded Pin and placed the instruction_hook64.dll / instruction_hook32.dll files in the folder, then tried to run it with Pin, but I didn't get any results. I believe I must be doing something wrong. Could someone please teach me step by step how to configure the Pin tool and run it correctly to avoid making mistakes? I recently tested it on Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk, but both had the same unsuccessful result on my Xeon X5450. If someone could create a guide from scratch, it would greatly help me. Thank you!

Good afternoon. Do I understand correctly that there are no solutions yet since the discussions refer to each other and ultimately lead to nothing? I'm trying to fix BG3, but I have no idea what I'm doing and I join the person above asking for step-by-step instructions if it still helps the game start
