Add name as a parameter for searching patients

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we can search patients only using phone numbers. However it is difficult to search using phone number rather than name.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be atleast on other parameter like name to search Patients.

Describe your solution clearly:
Add new parameter name for searching
Update the queryKey , useQuery for new parameter
