Enhancement of User Tab to support multiple feature from a admin perspective

Currently, the user tab experience lacks a lot of experience that an admin would like to have in the platform

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a support to profile image for users
• Only show commonly needed details in the card, keep it consistent ( Either show district or location )
• Upon clicking on the card, implement a pop-up for admin users, allowing them to update various user details provided during registration, including username changes and adjustments to user privileges.
• Enable the admin to store user-related data in the pop-up, including relevant documents. This functionality can later be expanded to modify their schedules and more.
