Describe the bug

Currently, when we try to upload a facility cover image, it throws a 500 error in the frontend now.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to care-staging.ohc.network/
  2. open any facility page and try to upload a cover image
  3. See error

Expected behavior

the facility cover image upload functionality should work properly
