Describe the bug

When attempting to create a new bed using the name of a previously deleted bed within the facility, the front end displays a "something went wrong" error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the facility details page.
  2. Click on "Manage Facility" and navigate to "Location."
  3. Open any existing location or create a new one, then add a new bed.
  4. Delete the newly added bed, then create a new bed with the same name.
