Enhancements

• the users never knew that its a clickable tooltip
• if we reject all auto-fill, the notification shouldn't say "autofill completed"

• when we talk about oral care in nursing, its filling disabled field in oral issues

• the above two section are not auto-filling in scribe

Currently the autofill fields are only filled up, but for the physical examination details and others fields its not working.
On brief update round type, currently scribe is only working for recording vitals and level of consciousness
