ImageTag error "ImportFaild" after upgrading to v 4.17.0-0.okd-scos-2024-09-01-210626 is solved

Hi,
after upgrade to v4.17.0-0.okd-scos-2024-09-01-210626 imagetag error "ImportFaild" is solved for most all images, only 6 images got "ImportFailed"

openshift/mysql:8.0-el7.
openshift/perl:5.30.
openshift/perl:5.30-el7.
openshift/redis:6-el7.

The registry URL has been changed to "registry.access.redhat.com" in this versions

The Marketplace Operator and Sample Operator in new nightly versions of OKD which are in phase "Rejected" 4.16.0-0.okd-scos-2024-09-02-112319 and 4.17.0-0.okd-scos-2024-09-02-210626 are naw working, just sample operator have 6 images which are with status "NotFound" .
