Na seção de metodologia (veja #33), nós deveríamos descrever nossas decisões no que se refere aos recortes temporais, geográficos e administrativos da pesquisa atual. Isso poderia incluir:

• Nosso objetivo inicial de mapear os portais dos Poderes Executivos de todos os 5569 municípios brasileiros
• Por que decidimos começar com o nível local, e por que o Poder Executivo
• Por que e quando decidimos restringir a coleta deste ano às 326 cidades acima de 100 mil habitantes
• Descrever nossa abordagem sobre diários antigos

Seria bacana se pudéssemos mostrar (graficamente) a proporção da população brasileira abrangida pelo nosso recorte. Também seria importante mencionar como esse recorte de distribui territorialmente - por exemplo, mostrando que há uma concentração de cidades na região Sudeste do Brasil.

In the methodology section (see #33), we are supposed to describe our decisions regarding the temporal, geographic and administrative cuts of our current sample. This could include:

• Our initial target of mapping the portals for the Executive branches of all the 5569 municipalities in Brazil
• Why we chose beginning with the local level, and why the Executive branch
• Why and when we decided to restrict this year's collection to the 326 cities above 100k inhabitants
• Describing our approach to historical gazettes

It would be nice if we could show (graphically) the proportion of Brazilian population that is covered by this sample. It is also important to mention how this sample is distributed in the territory - for example, showing that there is a concentration in the Southeastern Region of Brazil.
