FR: Short username for "Remember me"

Describe the feature request

Rather than displaying the full username, display the short username in the username box if "Remember me" is selected and "Match on Short Username" is enabled.

Our users have confusion because the username looks like an email (in our instance) but does not match their actual email causing confusion and errors.
e.g [email protected] is the Okta username
[email protected] is the users email
