@dmitryd thank you ! How did you check? I have installed fresh v8 with composer , when trying the extension I get several errors like this one in debug console:

TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\GeneralUtility::callUserFunction
'No class named OLSSOFT\Typo3rtl\Hooks\Backend\PreHeaderRender' (61 chars)

This sounds like class is not found. Try composer dumpautoload --no-dev
