Summary
Changing a nested sequence resolution doesn't affect the resolution of that sequence inside of the main (parent) sequence it is placed in.
If the nested sequence is a larger resolution than the parent, the nested sequence is trimmed to the parent resolution.

Additional Information / Output
Also effects like ripple and corner pin within the nested sequence don't show the same output in the parent sequence (when resolution is different), I assume it's because the resolution isn't kept.
