PnL metrics struggle with low value fess

Problem to Solve

For very low fee values, reported PnL logs in gwei (eth/ omni / usd) can round to zero.

Proposed Solution

This may not be an issue. We may no need PnL visibility at that granularity. But we should look into if there is an quick fix. Maybe using wei unit in logs.
