[Bug]: network fires incessantly for unisat when app is loaded and connects with a different network in the extension. #271

Describe the bug
The unisat modal pops up 5 times when the network for the dApp varies from the network in the extension.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to demo.lasereyes.build
Connect unisat
Disconnect unisat
Switch network in top right of demo
Connect unisat

Expected behavior
Should only trigger open one popup.

Wallet Provider: Unisat
Operating System: macOS
Framework: Next
Framework Version: 14.2
Browser: Arc
Browser Version: 1.69
