Disable credits not working #19

I have this code:

HighchartsFactory factory = new JSMHighchartsFactory();
ChartOptions chartOptions = factory.createChartOptions();
chartOptions.getCredits().setEnabled(false);
/* more code */

And the resulting PNG is exported with "HighCharts.com" on the bottom right of the image.
There is anything missing on the code?
