We will focus on implementing the protocol using the software stack of our client (OONI Probe) and server (OONI backend):
Golang library for the prover component (Client)
Python library for the verifier component (Server)

The implementation of the protocol will focus on making it into a library which could potentially be reused by third parties who may have similar needs.

The reference implementation of the protocol will be a project led by the cryptographer. Substantial input and contribution from the OONI team will be required to make sure that the implementation is done in a way that can be effectively integrated into the OONI software ecosystem. This involves taking into account any specific performance and architectural constraints unique to the OONI software ecosystem.

Output: a reference implementation of the protocol in python and golang.
