flat plane no 3d , blender 2024 #7

simple scene, enabled clicked and i get simple plane with texture i can see it change setting but not 3d it is flat.
why is it showing flat objecct

Loading

Set Material > Settings > Surface > Displacement > Displacement and Bump
Then view in Render mode with Cycles
