I had a problem, I played with the calculator mod and completed the "8 hours" achievement, but after I wanted the achievement to appear in steam after installing the file, the achievements began to be taken from the achievements.dat file, and not achievements-modded.dat. now the game writes that I missed the moment. What should I do to ensure that justice prevails?

I don't know what the actual contents of the files are, but maybe you can replace achievements.dat with a renamed copy of achievements-modded.dat? This probably won't work if the contents of the files are not structurally the same (e.g. if there is an actual "is modded" flag set inside achievements-modded.dat).
I would try Randactyl's suggestion and see if it imports the achievements, otherwise there isn't a nice way about it in-game. You would have to use Steam Achievement Manager or the like, probably.

"failed to upload achievements" error during the launch
